Playstation T.V problem with PC

So i am using a playstation T.V as a monitor for my new PC. But whenever I play games on such it I get a major problem. Whenever I move the camera or character the environment goes darker and The grass and plants go darker. I really need help. Spec's: http://pcpartpicker.com/user/zilla427/saved/Np2bt6

I should mention that this only happens in games like: skyrim, fallout 3, fallout NV and insurgency. This does not happen on games like dark souls 2 metro last light, far cry 3 and borderlands 1&2.
