[SOLVED] please enter bios to recover settings. Press F1 to run Setup

Hi everyone i'm getting "please enter bios to recover settings. Press F1 to run Setup" screen when i turn on my pc but its sometimes happens sometimes not, if i press f1 i get the bios screen and then if i save and quit my windows open perfectly fine, but still its annoying to have this issue,

i searched the forums and alot of people have CMOS battery problem but my time and date is perfectly fine, my keyboard is fine on both bios and windows, my mouse doesn't work on bios but i don't know if thats an issue i never used mouse on bios before anyway,

i also tried to update my bios today but i cannot update my bios because whenever bios reboot the system after the update process is complete, i get "please enter bios to recover settings. Press F1 to run Setup" screen again and bios is stopping update because it can't reboot the system normally,

can you help me please

Did you try a clear cmos?
try with just one stick of ram and see if you can update the bios that way.
Motherboard batteries are cheap so can't hurt to change it.
