Hello everyone, I am from India and my budget is strictly around 36k-37.5 k Rs. I will be playing games, light multitasking, surfing internet, watching movies on the PC I am planing to build. I will be playing at 1366x768 resolution. I am confused between these:

-6th gen pentium g4400 3.3 ghz
-8gb kingston ddr4 2133mhz
-msi h110m pro vd
-circle cc821 cabinet
-wd 1tb 7200rpm
-corsair vs550
-gtx 950 zotac amp! edition 2gb

OR
Everything same as above except processor 6th gen i3-6100 and gpu gtx 750 ti msi dual fan 2gb.

Please help me decide and please give reasons for your answer.
Thanks in advance to those who answer to this thread.

If you'll be spending a lot of time on your PC doing non gaming things, I would go with the i3 + 750ti.
If you'll spend almost all your PC time gaming and not doing much of anything else, I would get the g4400 + 950.

Considering your 1366x768 resolution, I would get the i3 + 750ti because the 750ti will still do a great job. I think you would be pleased at the performance you would get from it.

If you were on 1080p, the g4400 + 950 would be the better option as the 750ti would struggle more with the resolution.

Also, it is easier to replace and upgrade a video card than it is to replace and upgrade a cpu. You could get a better video card sometime later.

Thank you for your quick reply. : ) But on game debate gtx 950 amp! vs gtx 750 ti shows that gtx 950 amp! is almost 42% better. But on the other hand i3-6100 is 26% better than g4400. So what should be the deciding factor here?? GPU or CPU?? Because primarily I will be building this PC for gaming(but I will also be using it for things mentioned in original post). Since upgrading graphic card will be costlier than upgrading CPU isn't pentium a good option?? I am again confused. Sorry but please help me again.

Thank you. You have convinced me for buying gtx 750ti!! I think it will be enough for my gaming needs for some time. Do you think i can get 40 fps+ on 768 p in high settings(not ultra) in most of the modern and AAA titles??
