Question Please Help! Dot Matrix sharing problem

Hi, I need help with dot matrix sharing in my office.
So I have an Epson LQ-310, we use it to print invoices with 9.5 x 5.5 Inch continuous paper.

The printer is connected to computer A and it works as intended in computer A.

the printer is shared and connected to computer B. The problem is how it's behave in computer B, it cannot print in the 9.5 x 5.5 print area, instead it print twice that size which is 9.5 x 11 inch. No matter what I did in the printer setting can change that behavior.

Computer A and B have similar specs
OS : Windows 10
Proc : Intel I3 processor
Ram : 8 GB DDR3

Things we have tried :
- Set paper size to 9.5 x 5.5 in printer advance setting.
- Tried printing in different browsers (because we print from web application)
- Reinstall google chrome ( standard browser for our web app)
- Install the printer driver on the B computer.

Doublecheck the paper size settings.

What connectivity is being used? USB?

Print a test page via Computer A and then do the same via Computer B.

Look for any differences.

Does the invoice printing problem occur if the printer is directly connected to computer B?
