Hello everyone! I need some help on how to repair my computer. This is a new build and its working fine until I've finished installing windows and drivers but due to someone pulled the plug accidentally I tried to boot on windows but it keeps restarting after posting I tried to reformat again but nothing happens I already tried to install windows on different drives but it will restart and cant finish installing windows but if I leave my pc on BIOS the PC is stable.

I tried reseating ram, cpu, videocard, psu cables. I also updated the BIOS to the latest but it keeps restarting

One more thing my cpu temp is 43-45c with stock cooler on BIOS is it normal?

Here's my build
Asrock b450m steel legend with Bios 3.30p
Ryzen 5 3600
TFORCE Delta RGB 16gb
Crucial P2 NVME 256gb
Kingston A400 256gb
Seagate 1tb
Thermaltake Smart SE 630w
Zotac RTX 2060

So I will just try to lower the frequency until it will become stable sir?
I don't know. That's why you have to check it.

Hi, I want you to update. I triend XMP for my Memory card and also disabling turbo boost and set to 3.6hz with 1.1volts, now it only runs 3.6hz. I installed Windows and drivers normally I also tried benchmark using Cinebench R15 for the first try its successful but on the second try it restarted. I think I need to raise the volt to 1.25.
Thank you sir.. I will try later and get back to you sir

Hi, I want you to update about my issue. I tried XMP on my videocard but it still crashes however upon disabling the turbo boost and set to 3.6hz with 1.1volts I installed windows and drivers successfully on my SSD. I tried running benchmark cinebench r15, the first try was successful but the second try restarted and also I wanted to install my OS on my NVME thats why I tried installing windows again but it crashes. Thats why I leave it I'll just use my nvme for games and use SSD for OS. Im pretty sure that the turbo boost making my pc restart.
