Please, help me choose adapter card PCIe --> USB 3.0

My old mainboard has USB 3.0 connectors only at the backside.
I plan to change the case ; the one I am thinking about fortunately has USB 3.0 sockets at front.
Thinking of easier access (now I have cables to the two ports behind) I searched for some adaptors from PCI-e slot to USB :

Delock 89315 https://www.delock.de/produkte/G_89315/merkmale.html?setLanguage=en
https://www.delock.de/produkt/89315/pdf.html?sprache=en
with SATA power supply

ORICO PVU3-2O2I https://www.orico.me/product/orico-usb3-0-expansion-card/
with 4 pin MOLEX power supply
(here I have another question : they say 20 pin slot ?? other cards say 19 pin)

AXAGON PCI-Express PCEU-232VL https://www.axagon.eu/en/produkty/pceu-232vl
with 4 pin MOLEX power supply

----------------

AXAGON PCI-Express PCEU-034VL https://www.axagon.eu/en/produkty/pceu-034vl
only internal USB, powered by PCI e slot !!

Orico PNU-2UI https://www.orico.me/product/orico-2-port-pcie-to-usb3-0-front-facing-expansion-card-pnu-2ui/
powered by PCI e slot !!

Please kindly help me to choose :
  • is there an advantage of having only power supplied by PCI bus ?? I read some cases where damage occurred ; I think 2 kind of supplies collided ? is it safer with PCI bus powered cards
  • is power supplied by PCI bus enough ? I might add phone or power bank – would that work ?
  • is there an advantage of having external power supplied to the card ?? I hope that my actual configuration would stand for me for maybe 5 years from now
  • the connector is 20 pin ? 19 pin ??

Actual configuration :
  • mainboard : ASUS M5A88-V EVO (AM3R2) : chipset AMD 880G/SB850
  • AMD FX-6300
  • Corsair RM550x (2018), 550W
Please kindly advise me ; I tried to read some articles about PCI bus power drag, but I do not have enough understanding for making a sound decision.

All those are equal, really depends on if you want to run power to the card or not. I like a bit extra power for charging and running external bus powered devices but it's not a huge issue if you don't have it.

This card is pretty nice https://www.amazon.com/TOTOVIN-Expr...e+card&qid=1613079664&sr=8-21&tag=googhydr-20

I am very thankful for your reply.
The card you suggest has all features, including two "C" connections !!
Your assuring advice helped me a lot !
