Question Please HELP ME ! my gpu is very weird

Hello i got xfx rx 7900 xtx and is working fine in 3 months and until this day the gpu fan is stop working in gaming and it reach 90 degree and the fan also did not spin.so i go to the warranty service and they test it using unengine superposition benchmark and suddenly the fan is working.idk why and they return the xfx to me because there is no error found

include the age of the PSU apart from it's make and model. BIOS version for your motherboard at this moment of time.

Did you provide the people who you sent the GPU in for RMA a video documenting the issue so you have proof that your claim was legit?

ok so here is the thing ,i already provide the video to the rma that my gpu is not spinning in 90 -94 degree during gaming after that when they test it out he gave me the video that my gpu is spinning during his benchmark test and he also tell that if i want to exchange the gpu they also run out of stock and they did not know when it is available .now i am just waiting for my card to be sent back to me and i am just curious

Are you using After Burner or any other similar apps to control fans? Anything along those lines?

I only using afterburner and andrenalin.already set the custom fan curve but it did not help though

I would remove AfterBurner and set Adrenalin to default to see if a difference is made.

I think i already close afterburner totally not deleting it so it will shut down completely but still no spin

Uninstall all the trash afterburners and other OC tools, completely remove drivers with Display Driver Uninstaller, reinstall only drivers fresh and nothing else, then try again.
