Please help me update my bios i have no idea...

i have an dfi lp dk x58-T3eH6 and i can't update my bios (i have no floppy).

Download the HP Drive Key utility here. It is a utility to make a USB stick bootable. Then download the BIOS file, extract the BIOS to the USB stick. Boot the computer and immediately press the ESC key. After POST select the USB stick as the boot device and run it.
