Choosing parts for a friend. Advice please.

Looks very good, I don't know much about power supplies, but I'm not totally sure if that power supply is enough. You might want not listen to me about the power supply though. Other than that it looks great! (I think that crucial ballistics RAM is so ugly)

The estimated wattage is 352 watts and I have a 550 w psu. Is that really not sufficient?

Oh I wasn't sure, sorry, I told you not to listen to me, I had imagine that system consuming more energy.
