According to UserBenchmark, and my fps in games, my pc is performing way below expectations.

"Overall this PC is performing below expectations (27th percentile). This means that out of 100 PCs with exactly the same components, 73 performed better. The overall PC percentile is the average of each of its individual components. Use the charts in the benchmark sections of this report to identify problem areas. "

If anyone could please help me that would be very appreciated.

Why is it running too hot?
Dust, bad thermal paste, poor airflow in the case, something else?
it was working well before and i havent cleaned in a couple of years so ill try dusting it, should i be save and take it back since i have a 3yr warranty cause i dont want to void.

While im playing at the moment im getting 74 C for the cpu and gpu.
Which is ok (but could be better) for gaming but when your running the benchmark the temps are far too high causing your lower scores. Anyways your going to want to consider cleaning any dust from the system and possibly a aftermarket cooler for the CPU. Depending on the case you may be limited to a smaller aftermarket cooler but even the Noctua NH-L9i is leagues better then the stock cooler which is more then likely what you have currently.

No dusting in couple of years? Cpu/gpu coolers are prolly choked off from adequate cooling. Cleaning would be a good idea, afaik does not void any warranty, if anything then lack of due diligence and regular cleaning causing issues prolly does void any warranty responsibility.
