Question Please help!!! PC wont post after i shut down during windows reset

I was resetting my pc and accidentally turned it off, after some troubleshooting eventually it didnt even show a monitor signal. I tried everything including posting on several other forums but i couldn't figure it out on those.

I made that post and eventually it died down. All my fans spin but no matter what gpu i use i dont get any signal on my monitor. I dont have integrated graphics. Is my motherboard the issue?

edit: I get absolutely no beep codes.

Sorry i couldn't respond quicker. I have an Apevia 600W Gold PSU. Im running a R7 2700X, 16GB(2x8) vengeance lpx 3000mhz ram, RX 580 8GB XFX, Apevia 600w Gold PSU, 120GB Kingston A400, 1TB hdd, ASRock B450m HDV R4.0, and a NZXT H510 Red and Black(dont think case matters) I have tried everything including rebuilding out of the case. I have came to the conclusion its a motherboard issue and am trying to RMA it right now.
