Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

Your specs don't add up, you state owning an MSI B550M PRO-VDH motherboard yet your screenshots after the specs, show an Asus motherboard. If you swapped the motherboard, did you reinstall the OS?

Source(borrow, not buy) a reliably built 550W PSU and see if the issue persists. Also, did you run DDU to remove all GPU drivers from your platform in Safe Mode(prior to dropping in the RX6600) to manually reinstall with the latest GPU driver sourced from AMD's support site in an elevated command?

What is the source of your card?
Was it new? Or you bought it used ?
The card is reliable, i own a 6600 and a 6600XT from this producer.
One of them is the exact model like your card.
I use it for more then 3 years now.
So, we need to identify the error source.
You can have a faulty card or your mainboard (PCIe slot) faulty.
In order to eliminate all doubts we try to check the card in another system 1st.

Hello sorry for the late response. Brand new from Canada Computer. It hasn't worked sinced the first day I got. At first I updated Bios, got a new 2.1 hdmi cable, tried putting pcie x16 on pcie 3 and 4, ran ddu. I think it's a faulty card or incompatible issue since my rx 560 works fine with the motherboard

Need to try it in another PC. I have to ask the obvious questions (sorry) - you have the hdmi plugged into the gpu and not the igpu correct? and the card is installed in the top slot?

Its very rare that a card is dead on arrival if bought new, so theres gotta be something going on. Did you try updating the mobo's bios to the newest one?

Edit - Im unfamiliar with your board but some are weird with their iGPU. It can default to it sometimes and you have to go into the bios and manually set it to output to PCIe. Check that.

Hey, I saw your response and decided to try a new psu I got from CC. I got an Corsair RM850x but the gpu still doesn't work lol.

update your bios to latest version
also make sure with the pci cables that you are running correctly
make sure the pci cable is housed correctly

make sure pci card is seated properly and that the gpu hdmi is not being slightly obscured by the case preventing hdmi from being inserted fully.

finally send back the card as some xfx models it was a small batch had issues. ( ive owned a few xfx cards that had similar issues )
