Oh, your hard drive is failing. If it's not too old, you might be able to get a replacement.

If your hard drive is beyond being able to delete/create partitions and reformat successfully, all you can do is hope to find a 200-250GB replacement on sale at CompUSA for $59, which is not really that bad!

Reset your BIOS settings to default. You can do this either by unplugging the power cord and setting the jumper near the CMOS battery to the "clear CMOS" position, or by entering your BIOS and loading default settings.
