I was playing runescape and my computer as being really slow, so I restarted it. When it was turning back on, it took really long, and finally it showed a black screen with a bugged out taskbar, and when I tried to click on it it said it was not responding. I then tried restarting the ocmputer in safe mode, but it would not come up either. At this point, I'm thiking my CPU is dying. Then I tried popping in my Windows 7 install disk, came up, froze at Starting setup or whatever it says. I was also thinking maybe my SSD is dying, but it doesn't make since that the setup is not working. Maybe the ram? I'm currently right here, if you can help in any way, please do. Thank you in advance.

Solution
Well with a problem like this you usually wind up having to test for everything. Since the windows install disk froze I would do things in this order.

1. Remove and reattach everthing you can. Pull HDD/SSD power and data cables. Also pull out RAM and re-insert them. After you've finished restart the PC and try to boot from the disk again.

2. If 1 fails then you'll have to test for faulty parts. This can be difficult if you don't have any spares lying around. But if you do try to replace the RAM. IF that doesn't work replace the PSU.
