Question Pls how do I fix black screen

Pls I need help getting my Samsung pc to run
first it developed a blue screen error saying critical process died
And now what I try to start it the windows run and then the screen stays black
I ask around and I was told the ssd failed
Is there any way to fix it

The CRITICAL_PROCESS_DIED bugcheck is most usually caused by a hardware failure. The SSD is a distinct possibility, as is faulty RAM.

If you have more than one RAM card installed, and if you feel up to it, I would remove one RAM card (if you can) and run on just the other. See whether it boots then. Then (if you can) swap the RAM cards over and try booting again.

If it won't boot on either RAM card on its own, then the SSD would be the next obvious suspect. The only way to test that is to replace it, but then you'll need to clean install Windows again.
 
memtest86+ is basically its own operating system, runs in RAM, and does not care about the disk. memtest86+ does not actually install except in RAM when it runs. I suggest you set up a thumb drive with memtest86+ and see what happens. If the RAM and basic operation work, then you've just narrowed it down the the disk. If this fails, then it could be RAM, CPU, power supply, so on (power supply is always a big contender for the failed title, RAM possibly as well).
