Question PLUGGED IN NOT CHARGING LAPTOP

I got a brand new laptop a week ago, today. i put in the charger and it says plugged in, not charging? lenovo ideapad 5 15ARE05
Updted Bios, doing windows updates now
Why is this?
Can i have some help

currently installing latest windwos 2004 update.
and BIOS Update - 10 [64] - E7CN26WW

Yes at 95%

Hmm the feature I was thinking about usually stops at 80-85%. I think you need to contact Lenovo, my feeling is it’s a faulty battery that’s not hitting its exacted max voltage.
