Why do I have 5 IDE ata/Atapi controlllers?
All listed as Standard Sata Ahci controlllers, but different instance path.
AMD ryze 7 16Gb. Windows 10 64bit.
Is this causing my 100% disk usage?
Or the unknown pci device!, which is just an extra hard drive to save software on.

Which MB ? All but M.2 drives are on one controller in the chipset and at least first M.2 is in the CPU's PCIe controller. AHCI controller is software driver for IDE.
That shouldn't cause 100% disk usage.
