Hi, my os - Windows 11, Gpu- Asrock AMD rx 7800xt challenger oc. , monitor- 1440p, i'll buy new ddr5 rams, my current system is i7 4790k and z87x-ud3h
I'm upgrading my CPU and mobo. Plz help me choosing best budget cpu and mobo for gaming which wont bottleneck the system. I want to build on AM5. My cpu choice is R5 7600.
for mobos, i picked 2 - MSI PRO B650M-P and GIGABYTE B650M D3HP. Among those 2 which 1 would be better? will they bottleneck my cpu or gpu? please suggest if there's better option to prevent bottleneck in the system.
Also ASRock B650M HDV/M.2 Motherboard is 28 US $ costlier( atleast in my country) than those 2 mobos , is it worth the extra cost?
Also is r5 7600x worth the extra cost(18 US $ in my country) than r5 7600 for gaming?

I'm from India. i use these 2 websites to buy all my components- www.vedantcomputers.com and https://mdcomputers.in

It would be useful if you state which system are you upgrading from.
Beside CPU and MB you will also need DDR5 memory. 2x16GB at 6000MHz and Cl30 or32 would be optimal.
Beside 7500f, R5 7600(x) is lowest AM5 processor but should do fairly good job considering your GPU.
As for motherboards, performance wise there's no difference, both are more than capable enough for CPUs in that range. Get one which suits you better with equipment.

ty, btw is r5 7600x worth the extra cost(18 US $ in my country) than r5 7600 for gaming?
I think so because all X models are easier to set up for best performance as they are higher binned non-x which can usually be coaxed to same performance by higher voltages and powers. On the other hand, non-x comes with adequate cooler, X model doesn't which brings me to another question, what cooler you have now and is it compatible with AM4/5. If not, X model would be even more expensive because you would have to buy aftermarket cooler although it doesn't have to be something big or special. That would bring price difference to at least $50.

tyvm, i have Hyper 212x cpu cooler, it supports AM4 , can it support AM5 too? I heard all am4 coolers support am5, no?

AM3, 4 and 5 are same just with coolers that use AMD stock mounting with clips. Actual holes thru MB spacing is different on all 3 so coolers that come with own back plate and not made for AM5 can't fit. so I'm afraid Hyper 212x would not work. AM4 and AM5 have different hole spacing. They also come with back plate built in.
