You don't need such an expensive motherboard. The ASRock Z68 Extreme4 Gen3 is about the most feature-packed board and it's $189.99. Also, go with the i5-2500k. The Crucial M4 is a better SSD...it's more reliable and you won't notice the difference in speed. Cases are subjective..find a quality one that will house and cool all of your components and you will enjoy looking at every day. The HAF X is good. Take a look at the Silverstone Raven RV03 too. Go with a Corsair, Antec, XFX, or Seasonic 750 watt power supply and you'll be happy.
