[SOLVED] PNP Device ID convert to Serial Number

Hello,
On a product I purchased but I want to confirm the serial number is accurate with the box as I want to make sure the item wasn't swapped.

Can some explain how to decode the PNP Device ID so I can confirm?

you wont get serial number from pnp device

You can try to see if the hardware itself has it via Device Manager, right clicking on the video card, selecting Properties, going to the "Details" tab, and see if there's a serial number field there.

Device IDs or hardware IDs are not serial numbers. They just tell the OS what the thing is.
