I believe my GPU is overall underperforming as I get much lower fps than the average benchmark of this same card. I think it may be a possibility that my CPU is bottlenecking it or that my RAM is having compatibility issues and is therefore causing problems.

My specs are as follows.
CPU: i7-3770 @3.40GHz
GPU: GTX 980ti MSI Gaming Edition 6G
MB: ASRock Z77 Extreme 4
RAM: DDR3
-type 1: G.Skill PC3-12800 XMP 1.2
part number F3-12800CL9-4GBRL
-type 2: Stock Samsung PC3-12800
part number M3&*B5273DH0-CK0

Please let me know of any steps I can take to help solve this issue!
Thank you in advance, Grayson.

I ran GPU-Z. These are my results.

In comparison to other GPU-Z charts for the exact same card it looks like my graphics card has a lower clock?

In terms of improvement in fps and getting closer to avg benchmarks for this specific card, disabling shadowplay did improve it significantly. Best answer picked, thank you Robert Ban :)
