Popup at Windows Start

Hello, I have a LG IT Products 29UM68-P. With jefem start Windows comes a popup window where I should select something. There is also the field "do not show this window". But the window does not respond to the mouse or keyboard. How can I get that away? MfG Frank

The popup window is probably some configuration option via Windows or some application installed on your computer. What version of Windows are you running?

No, the window appears only since I installed the lg monitoroftware today. As I said, the window does not respond to mouse. that's the problem. i hane windows 10 1903.

What is "jefem start" is "every start" . Sorry ,i am german.

No problem or need to apologize - I just could not determine if it was a typo of some sort or perhaps some new "expression".

I probably would have recognized an entire sentence and would have run the sentence through a translator.

However, your English is fine so I just asked....

Anyway, you are running the early release for 19H1 - correct? If so, that may be source or origin of the problem.
