Alright so im trying to set up a MC server for me and my friends, I got all the way to where I need to do the port forwarding part... But when I put my IPv4 address into it, like it said to, it tells me "Local ip isn't in LAN IP address subnet!" How to fix?

If you need it, my router is a CGNM-2252-SDL Router

Solution
Closest I could find online was manual for 2250, seemingly 2252's online manual's are not easy to find.

Possible problems:
Manual examples show that WAN IP is 192.168.60.40

If that is true... ISP is already doing routing and your port forwarding is likely doomed to fail.

Skipping that, next possible problem is wrong IP's in port forwarding (hence the error)

by default, router should have internal IP of 192.168.0.1 (unless it has been changed)
public port should be 25565 (unless you chose to use something else)
local port should be 25565
protocol should be TCP
local IP address this should be your computers IP address
remote IP address (I have NO clue why manual says you need this, manual is dumb) this should be routers WAN IP...

or.. if your local IP is not in that 192.168.x.x range, it might be that the router has been changed to be in bridged mode in which case port forwarding is not needed.

If none of above helps, you would have to tell more about what IP's you are entering and where and what IP the router has and so on.
