As above. In addition:

Did you either allow those ports through the Windows firewall or disable the firewall?
Is your server actually running and listening on that port at the moment you test?
What happens when you place your server in the router's DMZ?

Do you have a public IP address? Is your PC configured with a static IP ?
I have a public ip address and i allowed the ports thru the firewall i didnt disable it
Yes my server is listening and i dont know how to place my server in DMZ. I dont even know what dmz is... Im kind of a newbie in Networking stuff

I also found a post from my Router Company .

It means DMZ is not supported by FRITZ!Box
The FRITZ!Box does not support setting up a DMZ (Demilitarized Zone).

How, exactly, did you verify this public IP address?

If the IP address given by:
does not match the IP address assigned to the public side of your modem then you do not have a public address and cannot run a server with your setup.

Not neccessarily a matter of "just gonna buy one".

You still need to configure "it" properly.

And that may require settings for modem, router, server, and network devices.

DMZ:

https://www.okta.com/identity-101/dmz/#:~:text=Time to read: 6 minutes, into data on your servers.

Before doing anything read the above link and then look for other similar links about DMZ.

Also update your post to include full system hardware information and OS.

Include make and model information for modem, router, or modem/router if combined.

The run "ipconfig /a'' (without quotes) via the Command Prompt on your computer.

Copy and paste the results herein.

The objective being to help understand the current network and its' configuration. You may not need to purchase anything.

And please keep all posts and links in English or run via a translator beforehand.

He like mean he is just going to rent one. 25565 is a very common port used for minecraft. It is surprising how cheap these game company hosting services are. People don't even have to know anything other than how to configure the game settings on the server.

Just to be clear, you don't need DMZ to run a minecraft server. Placing it on the DMZ just allows you to check for other issues. It's actually bad to put things in the DMZ. So you don't need to buy another router.

In your screenshot you've opened ports, but I don't see you pointing those ports to any particular computer. Did you forward it to the internal ip address of your minecraft server?

On your minecraft server, you also need to go into your windows firewall and set all the "javaw.exe" programs to allow private and public access.
