[SOLVED] Port foward minecraft server on Belong

I've been attempting to port foward for a minecraft server but my ISP Belong has an extra step that I've never seen before, it requires me to provide an external host and I'm not too sure what I'm looking for, any help is much appreciated

If the ISP is blocking the effort you might have to use an external minecraft server hosting company altogether like https://apexminecrafthosting.com/
