Portable DVD Player with HDMI Input

Good morning everyone!

Planning a long road trip within the next couple of weeks (with kids). This may not be possible but I want to get portable dvd players for the car but would also be nice if I could play what's on my iPhone on portable dvd player screen via hdmi. Is there anyway to play content from iphone such as netflix/amazon etc on portable DVD player screen?

It's highly unlikely. Most HDMI ports on portable devices (DVD players, games consoles, phones, laptops etc) are HDMI-Out only (ie can send from the device to a display). Generally they are not capable of receiving a signal over HDMI to display on the screen.
