[SOLVED] Possible Bad RAM stick?

So to start off, this is my current build.
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 2700X
GPU: AMD Radeon RX 480
MOBO: ASUS ROG B450-F Strix
SSD: Samsung EVO 970 250GB
PSU: Corsair CX 750M
RAM: Corsair Vengeance DDR4 16GB 2.4GHz

So my computer would freeze a couple times and reboot, so I did a memory test, logs said there were no issues. So I took out the stick in the 4th slot, ran the test again and still no issues. So I replaced the stick in the 2nd slot with the stick from the 4th, found no issues, BUT, my computer stopped having issues is general, despite all tests running good. Possible bad stick of RAM?

PS: All drivers are updated across every piece of hardware.

Solution
Possible yes but it is also possible you have a bad rate slot in your motherboard or damaged ram channel on your CPU die (least likely of the bunch imho).

Only slot 2 is populated with RAM currently. I left the other stick out because I wasn't sure if it would bring my problems back or not. And no, once I updated the BIOS, I never touched anything with timings and what not with the RAM.
