You problem might lie in your lack of DDR3 RAM not the VRAM haha

 


To be honest your current PSU should be able to handle the card 500 is plenty to handle it haha

Just been given a Seidon 120V that I plan on fitting this week and I'm looking at changing my Q6600 for a Q9450.
You may have noticed I have 2x4GB sticks on an nForce 790i board which is not meant to work but it does! And they're both running at their full speeds of 1600 MHz :) DDR3 s775 board FTW!
