So, my PC does need a little updating

It's a seven year old Dell Inspiron 530. All parts kept original except the 9500 GT. That was added in Jan. 2012. Before, it ran the crappy Intel HD Graphics.

Specs:
Intel Pentium E2140 Dual Core @1.6 GHz
1 GB (512 MB x 2) DDR2 RAM @667 MHz (even smartphones have more RAM)
Galaxy Nvidia GeForce 9500GT 1 GB DDR2
Foxconn G33 Chipset Motherboard
Seagate 250 GB 7200 RPM HDD
Some Chinese made 300 or 350W PSU

(Also, yes, there's only one case fan but, the temps still somehow don't go over 40C. Don't know what they are under load though)

I was already planning on getting a new PC this summer so with the free GPU, I'll be able to get a better CPU and a PSU, since I heard this R9 290 requires a powerful PSU, something over 600W I guess.

I had one! Rebuilt it and here it is now.

I had the c2d e400 version.
