Hi there really like your pc layout I was just curios as I see you have 2 fans on the top I am thinking of putting 2 fans on the top of my case are the fans blowing air down towards the case or are they sucking the air out of the top of the case? Also say if I was to put a fan on the bottom floor of my case would I want it to suck the air out the bottom or blow air up to the top of the case

Just upgraded some parts last Nov, unfortunately funds for the GPU came short since I've bought a PS4. 😛 and until now, I haven't had the spare money to upgrade my aging 570 and now also waiting for the next gen GPUs.

I've got twin fans in the top of my case, they both blow out. Top fans blowing in just sounds like asking for the case to fill with dust.

While it's most certainly not the best rig posted here, it's worth the money I got it for. It's extremely fast due to an SSD and pretty good processor, but it lacks in its gaming capabilities. (Which is ironically what I bought it for) |🙁
Anyway though, if fate smiles upon me to where I do actually win this, I'm looking into investing in a ViDock or some other external graphics card type thing. Good luck to everyone!

Well i had to keep it cheap and i thought a 610 would be decent like the other 6 series cards, i was terribly mistaken.

Hi Tom's Hardware! This is my humble rig. It's just an I5 4440 paired with a R9270x on a H87 mobo. It has 4 GB of kingston hyper x (looking to upgrade this one to 8gb). The PSU is a Corsair VS 550, for storage a 1TB HDD. All inside a humble and neat Enermax Staray (Dust included, lol.)

Btw, i just build this 2 months ago. a new gpu would be useful since the gpu in this rig came from my other PC, so now that PC is using only iGPU. Poor thing. 🙁

dude thats like ddr3 not even gddr3. Sorry man you had a super tight budget a 750ti would be a better upgrade. This though would kill you gpu as of now. I think next time save up to 400 or 500 then a i3 or fx 6300 or 4 and a 750ti or r9 270x(go for 270x 270x = gtx 760, r9 280 = gtx 770)

Thanks for doing this giveaway. I wish I could take a better shot of my rig with the inside but it would really be a huge ordeal for me to do that the way my rig is setup currently. But hey at least this is actually my rig unlike some other posts I saw.

yeah he needs a quad core at minimum for a beast like the r9 290x. A fx 4300 or 6300 or if he saves up a i5 4590 or 670k
