Before putting all the components in my case, I did a basic POST test outside of the box with only the core components (motherboard, RAM, CPU, PSU, GPU), with the motherboard on the non-conductive box. After shorting the pins, the "system" started up all right, and I turned it off with the PSU switch after it reached the POST screen. I wanted to test it again, but it turned out that every time I turn off the PSU using its switch after POST testing, it trips the outlet circuit and I need to reset the circuit breaker. Only then can I test again using that outlet. Is this normal since i'm not using the front panel connector yet?
