I think its spec is in my sig more or less.
I have some pictures of its insides here. I have tidied the wires up again, so its not currently as messy as it looks in those pictures.

my new conroe build. My pentium D 930's stock heatsink and fan was so freakin loud. I was amazed at how quiet my new conroe is with the ultra 120 heatsink/fan. I gave my son my pentium D 930, p5n32 sli deluxe, corsair 2x512 memory, 500w ultra x-finity psu and xfx6800 xt vid card, maxtor 250gb sata hdd and got him a thermaltake mambo case. I was on a budget and couldnt get my ATI crossfire vid cards yet.

Below is my current setup. Not exactly slow but it also isn't up to my current needs and is starting look and run a bit antiquated by today's standards. This one will be going to the in-laws when the new one is built, they currently have my older PC before this one that is a PIII 800 with 384MB of RAM. Now that one is slow.

Case : Enlight 7237
P/S : Antec TruePower 550W
CPU : Intel P4 Northwood 3.06GHz (533FSB) w/ HT OC'd at 3.35GHz
Heatsink: Zalman all copper flower
MB : Asus P4C800 Deluxe
RAM : 1GB Corsair XMS TWINX3200LL (4x256MB)
Video : ATI All In Wonder 9700 Pro 128MB
Sound : Creative Sound Blaster Audigy Gamer
HDD : 2x Maxtor Diamondmax 10 200GB 16MB SATA in RAID 0 (going into new machine as a RAID 1)
2x WD Caviar 80GB 8MB EIDE in RAID 1
DVD : Sony DRU-520 (or 530?) 8x DVD Burner (not DL)

Below is my new setup that I am building, some parts are on hand and the rest is on order. All my parts should be in by the end of the week at the latest. Can't wait. Items in red I already have, the rest is either already shipped or will be shipped in the next 24 hours.

Case: Antec Performance 1 P180
P/S: Corsair HX620 620 Watt
CPU: Intel Core 2 Duo E6700
MB: Asus P5W DH Deluxe
RAM: 2GB Corsair XMS2 TWIN2X6400C4 (2x1GB)
Video: ATI Radeon X1950 XTX 512MB
Sound: Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi Fatal1ty FPS
HDD: 2x WD Caviar RE 250GB SATA (YS model)
2x Maxtor Diamondmax 10 200GB SATA
DVD:
Plextor PX-760A ATAPI 18x DVD Burner

I will be bumping up to 4GB of RAM either this Christmas (what a great gift to ask for) or when Vista gets released early next year. I wanted to buy 4 WD Caviar RE 250GB and put it in a RAID 10, but I wanted to keep my budget under $2500 if you include the external HDD I will be buying at the end of the month. With 4 drives, it would put me a little under $2600 before buying the external while buying only 2 tips me barely over $2400, not including the $80 mail in rebate I am getting for the sound card. Plus, I figured I still have 2 decent Maxtors in the other PC that are less than a year old that will work fine by itself as a RAID 1 and just setup my backup scheduler.

What do you guys think? Any suggestions? Thanks!

Paul

Nice, but what do you do. Obviously something that requires a lot of HD space if you're going to buy 4 extra HDs.

My build (should be arriving soon);
-E6400
-Asus P5W DH
-2gb G.Skill cas5
-Sapphire X1900XTX (got this cheap 😀 ) with accelero X2 cooler
-250GB Samsung SP2405C (If I had done more research I would have got the seagate 7200.10)
-Creative X-Fi extreme music
-Thermaltake Tsunami with window
-Hiper type R 580W (wanted to get t/t toughpower but everywhere was sold out)
-Pioneer DVR-111
-Lite-on SHW-165P6S (wanted to get 16H5S but again out of stock)
-LG 20.1" widescreen L204WT 😀
-Razer Copperhead

Total with vat; £1252.08 (a few components from ebay though)

I'll post pictures once I've built it 😀

No pics yet, but my rig is in my .sig. It's in a Matrix case with side window and 80mm fan (not the original turbine, something quiet), ball-bearing 120mm fans front and rear, a Zalman 7000Cu-series CPU fan and a VF700Cu GPU fan.

My backup is in a plainer case with no window, using the same PSU, mobo with 1GB of RAM, a 3200+ CPU, and an eVGA 6600 CPU; fans are stock. I'm going to give this one to my sister and her family. I might build another one, but more likely will rely on a Dell 1505 laptop to serve as my backup; it has the 1300 GPU so it runs everything I need or really want.
