Hey anyone know where I can get some of those nice themes? I like the Media Center theme and a black one I just saw. I dont like installing those programs that come with loads of crap just for a theme, is there any way I can get just the theme?

You need to replace the uxtheme.dll (windir\system32) with an unlocked one to be able to use non-signed visualstyles. The best way is to know the library version (file properties, probably 6.0.2900.2180) and replace it with the correct one yourself by using Replacer. You can find unlocked uxtheme.dll's here.

Then reboot and go to DevianArt for some really nice visualstyles. They go in the windir\Resources\themes folder.
