Hello, I am currently running Windows 11 Pro and my HDR seems to be acting strange. Is this normal? If not, is there any way I can fix this problem and if so how would I go about resolving this issue?

The preview isn't normal, but if that's the only oddity, then it's likely nothing to worry about. If you need an HDR video sample to test with: https://4kmedia.org/ (make sure to use Windows' default video player, unless you know for certain the video player you use properly supports HDR and doesn't tone map it to SDR)

It seems to be good to go. Thank you for sharing this information.
