I'm confused about my GPU memory clocks.
The manufacturer says my memory clock should be 990Mhz (x4 3960Mhz):

Fudzilla reviewed it and got the same numbers:

However my CPU-Z and Open Hardware Monitor tells me the Memory Clock is 1980Mhz(x4 would mean 7920Mhz)
I have 2 of those cards, both running at these same clocks, since Oct. 2011. Just spotted it wasn't matching the manufacturer/fudzilla claimed clocks and wanted to know if there is any risk or if there is something I do not understand.
