Power and Sleep Settings

Silly question. Under 'Advanced' > 'Hibernation'; if the setting is set to 'Never,' does it matter if the above setting is set to on for 'Hybrid?

It shouldn't matter since both hibernate and sleep are off. Why not just turn off hybird sleep anyways just to be safe?
