Hello.

I'm building a PC for a family member, using an IONZ KZ21 case and a Gigabyte B450 m/o.

Unfortunately I've hit a snag, the power button isn't working at all, although I can tell that the PC is powered as the rgb on the RAM lights up (after about a minute or so of the power coming on).

I understand that the front panel connectors are the most likely reason for this but I'm fairy confident that I connected them correctly. I even plugged them back in again a few times to no avail.

Any advice?

if the power button isn't working "at all" what method are you using to power up the system?
just shorting the motherboard power pins?
What I mean is that the power button is unable to turn on the pc, but I can see that the motherboard is powered up. The PSU works and the motherboard is properly connected to it but the PC can't be turned on.
