Question Power Issue after installing new SSD

Motherboard: tuf b360m-plus gaming s
SSD: Crucial P3 Plus 1TB PCIe Gen4 3D NAND NVMe M.2

Hi, so I got a new Ssd and attempted to install it on my motherboard in conjunction with the hdd I already had. I plugged it in the the m2_2 socket and re added my graphics card. When I went to start my pc, it started to continuously fail after 1/2 second of power and looping repeatedly. I then tried it in the m2_1 socket and the same thing happened again. At this point I decided to take a break and remove the Ssd all together and start my pc. However, it is still failing to fully power on.
