I was running my PC suddenly a spark came from my CPU and it suddenly shut down

No, it does boot. There is a burning smell
Specifications-
Ram- 4 GB
Hard disk- 500 GB
OS-Windows 10 Pro
I have not checked the name of PSU but it is
a new one

well maybe there is something shorting the motherboard, check for any standoffs that doesn't correspond to the motherboard holes, maybe can be a pinched wire, or it can be because of the power supply being a low end one. I would suggest you to re-assemble everything take a good look for any metal part that maybe touching any of the components, Cant know for sure. are there more sparks coming out of it.
