When hooking up your monitor, you use your graphics card to monitor plug, and a power plug. Does anyone know where I get the power plug? Does it come with the monitor? Or do I have to buy one?
Most flat-panel monitors sold these days either accept standard power cord, or have a power brick which accept ither standard or "Mickey-Mouse" style power cords.
nchu1688 - Both of these power should be available in any electronic store in your country.
Should I use standard or mickey mouse?
looking at the monitor spec it uses a standard 3 pin iec kettle cable (the same as the psu)
I would wait till you recieve the monitor & psu, take the included cables to a local electronics/electrical/computer store & let them match them up for you
The PSU cable is not going to pose a problem, you can get one of those anywhere.
Id be more concerned with the monitor, cant see if the transformer is internal or if its built into the cable.
Its internal for that monitor I believe.
Wait, so I have to buy a Psu cable? I also have to buy a monitor cable?
You would probably need to buy two computer power cords that will fit for your socket. Ask around in a computer store.
One for the PSU socket, and one for the monitor? And then we are good?

It looks like it mate, they look to be the same standard 3 pin kettle cable.
you should be able to pick these up for literally a few dollars each
So, I should just go to a store, ask for a compatible corsair to my socket power cord for both the psu and the monitor buy those, and I'll be good?
