Power save mode

My computer keeps going into this power save mode on its own and then I can't
get it to come out of it. Neither the mouse or the keyboard will work when it
does this. The connections to both have turned orange instead of being green.
I unplugged everything and let it rest for a while...this worked before and
then everything was fine but this time it won't work. Dell couldn't help me
when I called them...does anyone have any suggestions??

Do you mean hibernation? How do you have it configured as in the control
panel/power options?
