Power supply help

I'm doing my first pc build and i need to get the psu, but i don't have clue which one to get, modular, semi and non. Which one would your recommend for an amateur and what would be the best option for a 600w psu in terms of brand, my price range is £60

I would try looking for a seasonic/xfx power supply. EVGA ones are also good.
