Power Supply over voltage on the 3.3v rail

Issue
I have been having overheating and lockup issues with my system lately so I tried running some diagnostic tools like SpeedFan to check if everythings alright and it seems my 3.3v rail is reporting at 3.94v which seems a bit high.

Specifications:
The mainboard is a SuperMicro SuperServer H8QME-2 with a SuperChassis SC748TQ-R1K43B with 3 redundant 1400W power supplys. There is nothing plugged into the PCIe x16 PCIe x8 PCI-X PCI or ISA bridges and no peripherals connected except for mouse keyboard and VGA. Optical drives are 2 TSSTCorp DVD-RAM burners and a standard micro floppy drive as drive A:

Voltage readings (Look for VCOREA VCOREB and +3.3v)

The 3.3v has been checked with my multimeter and reports as 3.91v
Also, there are many more voltage readings that SpeedFan simply can't display in its "Exotics tiles" interface

If the PSU is producing voltages that are out of spec then replace the PSU.

ATX12V Power Supply Design Guide Specifications for the +3.3V rail:
Minimum: +3.14 Volts
Maximum: +3.47 Volts

It also gives a low +12V (still within spec,but low nonetheless) and a low Vbat,but that one is displayed twice with one okay.What does hwinfo32 give for values?

You can open hwinfo32,after that open the sensor window by marking sensors=V,after that click run.

Also look in the bios to check the values.

i would check each of the psu one at the time since you have 3 to find the defective one .

Here is what HWiNFO reports:

I could get this RMAed since the chassis is new and direct from SuperMicro however the problem is it weighs 80lbs or around 30KG which is very very hard for me to mail or even carry to the post office

Im having a hard time testing each one individually since the system goes into critical mode when you unplug one and makes really loud buzzer noise and claims that "Power Supply System can't keep up! Is the system overloaded or has a Power Supply Unit failed?" and the voltages drop

I'd contract there support first and provide them this info sent what they say allthroguh something like a computer they should be able to arrange a pickup I'm assuming this is a prebuild

Voltages are still low on hwinfo,again within specs,but too low imo to start with.

another thing you could that the cpu 1and 2 have higher voltage and there temp are higher also if you stil have some cooling paste i would try to switch cpu 4 to cpu1 and see you have the same readings on power and temp .
