Power supply problem

Hello,
So yesterday a friend of mine gave me his old desktop. He got it in late 2008 so it isnt that old. Its got all the components in it. It has a Corsair VX 450w PSU. For some reason i cant boot it up. I press the ON button and it starts to boot up. After about 5 seconds theres a little red light on the tower next to a battery symbol that starts flashing, and it just stops booting up. Help pleaseeeeeeeee

Well if it just took a trip, try opening it up and checking connections. Make sure the cards are seated properly and no connections are loose or anything causing a short on the motherboard.

Yeah did all of that already, me and friend were thinking about it. what i think it is, is the hardrive, because thats the only thing i changed.

What do you mean "changed"? Did you put in a different(new) HDD?
