Question power supply watts

i will be building a new pc i have decided on i9 9900k i was wondering would a decent 650w power supply be able to run my set up i will be using msi 1080 gaming x i also be using asus hero xi motherboard or should i play it safe and get 750w?

and i also looking at ram i am not sure what to get ideally like Cl14/15/16 at 3200/3600 any suggestions would be welcomed

The graphics card has a 6-pin and an 8-pin PCI power connector; meaning it could require up to 300 watts. MSI's page suggests a 500 watt PSU for that card. I'd say that a quality 650 watt PSU (like the Seasonic Focus Gold 650) would be more than enough for your system.
