[SOLVED] Power surge issue

Our house was struck by lightning causing an electrical surge. Good thing my PC is still working but has an occasional to frequent flickering on the monitor (display turns black and return to original state). I changed my graphics card, replacement my monitor and cords but the issue still remains. What do you think caused the problem? Motherboard? Electrical issue? capacitor? PCI-e slot damaged? Need help.

I would think it's something with the power supply or the motherboard.
If I were going to pick something to swap I would pick the PSU because it's an easier swap.
