Power??!

ok just now my computer acted kind of funny when i turned on the surge protector
it kept going on and off the computer and i keep hearing a click sound but i didn't even press the power button
scared me a bit but i turned off the surge protector and the power supply and just turned it on again then i got my computer to power and the on/off power click thing stopped

I'd start by trying a different PSU you know works

Test the Surge protector and the PSU to see which one is bad.
