Powerfull CPU Network

Why dont companies offer networking solutions like I can have a cheap cpu but I can connect to powerfull cpu resources through cables or the internet and make use of powerfull hardware of servers and their disk space and highend graphics card instead of purchasing highend cpus we could just rent the services to play powefull games etc.

You just illustrated the concept of "Cloud Computing". The video, which needs to be transmitted to your computer, needs high bandwidth to be smooth. Read this:

The concept is there, but it's difficult to implement in reality.
