Pre Applied Thermal Compound?

does the amd athlon x2 II regor 250 come with a pre applied thermal compound, or do i need to apply it myself?

what about the other latest Phenom II processors

All processors come with pre-applied thermal compound on the stock cooler, not on the CPU itself. As long as you are using stock cooling then you are set.
