Precision M4700 motherboards interchangeable?

Hi!

My Dell Precision M4700 system developed a motherboard problem where it no longer charges the battery (checked and confirmed its the motherboard). I checked the motherboard model. Model number is: LA-7931P. Part number on the sticker on mem slot says :CN-02PR7R

Now when I look to buy a new one online. I can find this model but it costs $30-$40 more than another motherboard with part number CN-035JKV (model number is same: LA-7931P) also available for Precision M4700 .

Now my question is can I get the CN-035JKV? Is it interchangeable? What does the part number indicate? Both carry the CN country header for China.

I did a little bit of research and found the following difference between the two boards.

CN-02PR7R: For RGB Backlit Display
CN-035JKV: For WLED Backlit Display
